What attracted you to Centrality?
Initially, I was attracted to Centrality because of its reputation in the industry. After meeting with the leadership, I felt that the company had a real family feel to it and believed that I could be an asset to the company.
List your job duties.
Business Development for the company. Specifically, I am responsible for driving revenue for the telecommunications segment of the business.
What you do on a typical day that helps to keep Centrality running smoothly?
I do my best to work with clients and provide a solution that benefits and improves the way they do business. I have many years of Operations experience, so I understand the installation process and know what clients should expect from a new business communications platform. I set real expectations with the client and I believe this allows our Operations Team to deliver the best possible implementation.
How do you help Centrality’s customers?
Relationships are key in business and I am building strong ties to our customers that will leave them feeling comfortable with Centrality for years to come.
What is unique about Centrality? What should people know about the company?
Everyone genuinely enjoys working for Centrality. From the leadership down, this is the feeling you get. Serving clients and working is much easier when you believe that you are making a difference and you enjoy what you do.
What are some of your hobbies and favorite activities outside of the office?
Simple answer for me is family. I enjoy being with my family out of the office. I coach baseball and spend time going to football games with family and friends.
