Tell us about your primary job responsibilities
As the lead technician for our cabling and telecom department, I have a variety of responsibilities. The projects I oversee range from paging systems, wireless and security camera installation, as well as full infrastructure cabling for customers. In addition, I am also a part of the Managed Services team. This primarily entails providing desktop support, managing and monitoring backups and ensuring that MSP operations are running smoothly for our clients.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
What I like most are the challenges that we face. Every project is different. Whether at the beginning phases in doing a walk-through or during the project itself, I enjoy planning the best way to complete and meet the client’s objective.
Another great part of my job are my co-workers. The experience and vast knowledge that our Engineering team has is inspiring for me. It keeps me motivated to continue learning and bettering my skills. One thing that separates Centrality from other IT support companies is the dedication to our clients and versatility of our work. Whether in sales or operations, our team goes above and beyond to provide the best technology solutions and support for our clients. We not only know IT, but cabling and business phone systems are also among our strong suits.
What are some of your hobbies?
On my time off, I like spending time with my family and friends at the lake or taking my dog to the park. Something that some people may not know about me is that I work on and rebuild cars.
